In June in Toulouse

Weather

The average temperature in June in Toulouse is 22°C.

France has a temperate climate. Toulouse has the particularity to be located at the junction with the Mediterranean climate zone, the oceanic and continental zones that generate a very hot and dry summer, a sunny automn, a mild winter and a stormy spring with lots of precipitations.

World Music Festival

Every year, June 21 is a special day in France : the “Fête de la Musique”, also known as World Music Day, which is an all-night music festival celebrated all over the country at the moment of the summer solstice.  The Fête de la Musique began in France and has since spread to many countries in the world.
Amateur and professional musicians are encouraged to perform in the streets. The slogan Faites de la musique (Make music), a homophone of Fête de la Musique, is used to promote this goal. Many free concerts are organized, making all genres of music accessible to the public.

Tipping

In France, it is quite costumory to leave a tip. Service is included in the bill but a little something is appreciated.
