Please read carefully the following guidelines:

Browser

In order to take full advantages of the online submission system, your browser must allow acceptance of cookies and javascript controls. We also highly recommend that you use Internet Explorer 8.0+ or Firefox 3.6+.

Guidelines

You need to create an account before starting the submission process.

Please keep carefully your login and password! They will be required at each connection, and in particular to consult the results.

  • Your abstract must be submitted in ENGLISH.
  • The abstract must respect the following framework :
    • Background / Introduction
    • Material & Methods
    • Results
    • Conclusion
  • Your abstract (without the title and the list of authors) must not exceed 3500 characters, spaces included.
  • Simple tables and graphs may be included, however, they must be saved as picture (jpeg format).

NB: European as well as non-European people are welcomed to take part in the Call for Papers to submit an abstract. There are no restrictions in regards to the author's country of residence.

Layout

In order to avoid incompatibility with our submission system, we recommend you to prepare your abstract under Microsoft Word, in Times News 10 size and font.

Topics

You will have to choose between the following topics

  • Physiopathology and research
  • Acute and chronic rhinosinusitis
  • Infections : bacteria, virus, fung
  • Tumors
  • Imaging
  • Olfactory disorders
  • Pediatric rhinosinusitis
  • Endonasal surgery in children
  • Genetic factors
  • Robotic and new technologies
  • Occupational airway and asthma
  • Snoring and obstructive sleep apnea disorders
  • Skull base and paranasal sinus endoscopic surgery

 

Key dates

  • You will have 48 hours to modify your abstract.
  • Submission deadline POSTPONED to Sunday 4th of March!
  • Notification to authors: end of March 2012. Information will be sent only to the « contact » e-mail address used for submission.
  • Results will be available directly on line. Please make sure to remind your login and password used for submission as you will also need them to read the online results.
